Egypt workouts
Our overall takeaway from workouts in Egypt:
- Punctuality: is not taken strictly but still try to be on time
- Shoes: most people walk into class with their trainers right off the street
- Women clothing: Shirt rather than just a sports bra in Cairo, whatever you like in the expat hot spots like El Gouna or Dahab
- Atmosphere: social, people engage with other class participants
- Age range: primarily mid-range, 20s to 40s
- Language: All classes are in English by default.
