LISBON Workouts
Our overall takeaway from Lisbon’s workout classes:
- Punctuality: is key as you might not be allowed to join if you’re late
- Clean indoor shoes: always expected when training, don’t walk into class straight from the street
- Atmosphere: focused, rather than social – people keep to themselves unless attending with friends – much like the vibe you’d find in Berlin
- Age range: primarily mid-range, 20s to 40s
- Language: All classes are in English by default.

The Kynd Space Barre
At Kynd Space in Príncipe Real, you can join a Barre Full Body Strength class in a calm, minimalist studio. Mat-based movements incorporate props like resistance bands, Pilates balls, weights, and blocks. This ballet-inspired, low-impact workout tones muscles, builds endurance, engages stabilizers, and ends with a playful dancer-style cardio burst.

House of Barre
House of Barre, Lisbon’s first boutique studio for barre, blends ballet, Pilates, and yoga into low-impact yet challenging workouts. Using props like resistance bands, balls, and ankle weights, classes focus on precise movements, isometric holds, and high repetitions to build strength, endurance, and posture while keeping workouts joint-friendly.

Core Collective Xformer
