LISBON Workouts

Our overall takeaway from Lisbon’s workout classes:

  • Punctuality: is key as you might not be allowed to join if you’re late
  • Clean indoor shoes: always expected when training, don’t walk into class straight from the street
  • Atmosphere: focused, rather than social – people keep to themselves unless attending with friends – much like the vibe you’d find in Berlin
  • Age range: primarily mid-range, 20s to 40s
  • Language: All classes are in English by default.
