When you arrive, reception will remind you of the spot you selected when booking online. The number corresponds to both your treadmill and floor station (e.g., if you booked treadmill 7, you’ll also be floor 7). This system makes transitions smooth and clear throughout the class. 

The treadmill block includes interval sprints, hill climbs, and paced runs, with the instructor offering a suggested speed and incline range so every participant can choose what fits their level. The first treadmill segment is usually the longest, around 12 minutes, before switching to the floor for the same length.

On the floor, you work through three exercises for one minute each, repeated for three rounds. The movements and muscle focus depend on the theme of the day—whether that’s Abs & Ass, Booty Burn, Upper Body, or Full Body.
